We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Once dispatched, standard delivery within the European Union generally takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping within the European Union is charged at a flat rate of €6.90. Orders with a total value of €60 or more qualify for free shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
